7-28-99 edition of S&P Outlook, p.12, still has CATP in its Platinum Portfolio with a 5 star Fair Value rating and a fair value price of $ 39.9 (eventually it will get there!) and a P/E of 32.1.

FYI,

From Dec. 31, 1986 through June 30, 1999 the Fair Value portfolio (which now includes CATP) appreciated 1037 % vs an advance of 467 % for the S&P 500.

Patient investors will eventually see the $ 39.9 price (recently two more analysts rated CATP as a buy!).
