Robert, The NASD does not provide updates. From my experience, the NASD will alert the company which would obviously be followed by a press release. It may be that there will be one press release inclusive of earnings, listing etc. The other situation could simply be earnings. With so many ipo's coming out, the NASD is swamped. Since it is likely that the NASD wants to see a finished audit, which was recently completed I believe, there may be a few extra days before the ok is given. Regards, Brian
