EM, I think Russell is all over that. He has commented that those sort of games will prove to be a "killler app" once Broadband is more widely deployed. I was a bit skeptical of this when I first heard of it but I have come around to thinking he is on to something. Unfortunately the conference call questioning did not pursue that line of thinking and metacrawler-related opportunities never seem to get any discussion either. Sounds like they have big plans for HyperMart which is interesting because some of the analysts have downplayed this in discussions I had with them some time back. Two analysts have put out upbeat notes this morning and you can bump up your revenue and earnings numbers up for the remainder of calendar '99 and 2000. I am nervously anticipating GNET's broadband portal strategy announcements that they are likely hammering out with Charter. There has been so much stuff going on I am sure those discussions have been quite lively. Russ reiterates his 1Q '00 rollout but I am eager for him to share more details so that we can begin to monitor his progress against his plan.
