Speaking of rats, check this out... Recall from the testimonials, located at uniprimeinc.com , the patients were "infected with AIDS in 1995". Not only that, but the source document, reproduced in both English and Spanish was "supervised by the Madrid Court System", presumably to add authenticity. Now it appears UPCA's CEO's brother, Ed Tabb, says the patients actually got infected and were treated in 1990, and that 1995 was when their monitoring (whatever that is) intensified. In all five testimonials, the patients write they became infected with HIV in 1995. Yesterday, Uniprime said they were treated for HIV in 1990-- five years before the letters say they got sick. Uniprime said a ''misprint'' in Tuesday's press release mistakenly said their treatment was given in 1995. Company spokesman Ed Tabb, the CEO's brother, said the letters were also inaccurate because the patients became infected in 1990, not 1995. ''There was confusion between the date of treatment and the date of the intensified monitoring,'' which he said began in 1995. #reply-10611599 OK, I see, a simple misunderstanding with the dates. Could have happened to anyone. But hold on there a sec... Recall that according to a Word doc written my the good "doctor" Alfred Flores himself, our rat friend Ben who so boldly risked his life as "Experiment: One" so that we humans might live HIV free wasn't treated until "October 23, 1996"! see #reply-10592726. Did Flores screw up his dates as well? Maybe a Y2K bug in Word or something? In case anyone cares, infospace.com has a white pages for Spain. I couldn't find any of the supposed patients in the directory. For fun I also wanted to see if the streets even existed but I couldn't find a Spanish street atlas on the net. - Jeff
