Hi John:

I have heard on the yahoo thread a buy-out may be in the works. However it is just a rumor or speculation maybe. Although I have seen many times were someone pops up on yahoo and mentions a buy-out, then everybody trashes the individual that post such information and then the buy-out happens.

The volume has been strong, and I wonder what volume of this nature is characteristic of. I certainly do not believe that investors all just started to take an interest in BIR, the volume seems relentless, someone has an appetite for this stock, I do not think the buying is done yet.

I thought it might go back to the low 4 area, maybe high 3, current management seems to be not at all with the program. Screaming imports are hurting them. The import problem is with rolled product, what BIR plant makes rolled? Fore the most part, Everybody else making money, BIR is gushing blood in the street..., Who Knows?

Robert

Well John, the cat is out of the bag. There has been an SEC document filed (13D) that explains in detail where John Correnti is in fact in the process of a hostile take over of BIR and he has some real horsepower behind him.

Regarding the BIR take over bid:

Correnti and his Group should setup a website/email address where Shareholders can contact them to acknowledge their support.

Correnti and Todd may have more support than they realize.
