Why rely upon other poster's thoughts - how about starting doing some DD on your own and getting information from verifiable 3rd parties mentioned all over the place and trying to get the company to answer you with concise direct truthful facts. Call Bloomberg in the UK and get them interested int his matter somehow and get them to ask the questions; that way you won't have to worry about threats and intimidation for doing DD. How about getting thoughts from the CEOs of the company without being threatened. Now that is the DEAD END. Jacalyn M. Berwyn, I was getting my skin exfoliated and a thought crossed my mind - in order to help you with your DD - you might want to consider that IF your post is true wherein you state : "...TOS Agreement. WOW, what a bombshell you've disclosed AGAIN - cuz Then the problem is BIGGER than you imagine or I imagine it could ever have been - HOW CAN A PRIVATELY HELD COMPANY as described by Paul Meyers to Bloomberg Press for RELEASE World WIDE on July 19, 1999 be traded publicly as an OTC BB stock? Think that press release was for the shareholders or Lucent? You know the company knows all about that press release and I am sure someone has written to the company for an explanation - how come Jeffrey D aka JS"D" aka Burt Reynolds hasn't posted a response. Could be he is another of those ignorant stupid moron shareholder of XSNI and not worthy of response ARROGANCE IS ATTITUDE. Certainly aren't issueing press releases for the shareholders. Could be Mike Langdon can't be found by him to help him through the bloomberg piece! Think they told Lucent or Lehman's to refer to that infamous Feb 1999 release full of mumbo jumbo and nonfacts? I did provide the public document of Feb 1999 since it mentioned Lehmans and Lucent in it to Lehman's and Lucent and evidently someone blew a gasket. "Can you please make sense of this stuff? No one seems to know what is going on." few days after Lucent - "this is London calling" - just like in a Pink Floyd recording - "mother do you think they'll drop the bomb" NYC - Just a waste of time... Thought this line of thinking could help you in your quest for facts and thoughts. Berwyn, If you would like a copy of the documents i picked up in London, send me a fax number and i will forward them to you. As for the TOS agreements, as i mentioned previously, I am convinced that the operators of the X-Stream Network, X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd, are owned by X-Stream Technologies Inc. ( The Delaware Corporation ). What i am not convinced of is the fact that X-Stream Technologies Inc. is owned by XSNI. The only evidence i have seen that suggests this is the circular sent out by XSNI in February. This document contains a number of statements which have not been verified. Most notably, the statement relating to Lehmans working on an IPO. When the company issues a believable, traditional news release, or, a third party verifies ownership, i will be much more comfortable. ST
