I think it has more to do with the recent weakness in all of the online brokers. Look at SCH, EGRP & AMTD. All are down. TD's price movements will be linked to TWE, which has hardly been a fireball since the IPO.

TD's P/E is also much higher than the other CDN big banks. I still like the stock but won't be buying any more for a while. Options are worth a look.
