Kap, <Is it possible that Motorola-AMD Cu technology agreement has some sort of condition precluding AMD from competing with Motorola in high speed SRAM business using Dresden? If there is no such condition how will such competition affect the relations between the two companies?> I don't know the answer to first one but I doubt if there are any restrictions. It would be good to know the answer though. The second one doesn't bother me, coopetition is common in this industry. Chuck
