Best indicator of all is much more volume on the downticks than upticks which would indicate more selling and new shorts, then buyers and short covering. under $32 by Lunchtime? Greenspan's not going to move the market at this point. basically all he's saying is the Fed will be vigilantly watching productivity rises and job growth slowing. as long as those two trends continue, interest rates will hold. anyone with intraday notice how the MM's are playing around. They keep rising the bid on no volume in order to scare shorts into covering; pretty pathetic. Then when the volume hit's it's usually a downtick.
