However, he added, "The business and financial community does not as yet appear to sense a pending flattening in this process of increasing productivity growth."

Could CTCH investment be a prelude to global expansion? I bet the short list reads: #1. Establish premier financial site, #2. strengthen b2b offerings (e-mail, simplify and secure financial transactions, advertising campaign etc. #3. broadband content for Charter Comm. #4. Expand globally through acquisition.
