vestor, from the beginning my *long-term* concern w/ NITE has been ECNs. Short term, my concern has always been the locked up shares.

The decline could be related to the fear of those shares coming out on the market, rather than to the *actual* selling of the shares.

Longer term, I'm still optimistic about NITE. Especially that they are expanding internationally, and getting into options and the like. ECNs remain a very serious concern to me.
