good work.. those weren't my calculations.. i posted them from RB as i said.. certainly these will factor in... we'll have to see what the next financials show to get a better handle on what the true book value would be.. very little arguing that the stock is moving up nicely.. that any preferred shares that have converted on 3/31/99 have likely been sold.. but I'm sure there are some left.. certainly this is probably the only red flag.. and even then if buyers continue to come into this stock as it is now.. then that won't matter much.. after all.. read who's using their products.. and over the other figures.. then decide whether you think this company is going places or not.. i sure do appreciate the valuable info.. that will have to factor in should we start to see a ton of selling pressure into the days and weeks ahead.. so far, all I see if buying and MMs working hard to try and bring in sellers.. though there haven't been many.. if I was holding preferred stock.. and had done my homework.. I'd have locked in SOME profits by now.. but be holding out for when the stock is trading several dollars.. (assuming they continue to do well and dont shoot themselves in the foot with something stupid -- the company is really the only one who can keep this stock under $3 by doing something dumb -- otherwise we'll get there in the very near future imho) again thanks.. very good find.. very important to know all the facts ps.. man it takes forever to change a 2year old.. gotta run now.. she wants to go for a "walkity walk".. no nap time for me jim
