Fish of the day: MSDW & Vignette (VIGN, currently up 10% or so). VIGN reported yesterday. A loss, and not huge revs given the cap ($2B, Q2 rev $15M), but a 400% rev rise. MSDW ups our hero from "neutral" to "outperform"... and did I mention this snippet? (infos from Briefing) 09:10 ET Vignette Corp (VIGN) 67 9/16: --Update-- Separately, company's underwriting group, which includes Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, agrees to release approx. 3 mln shares held under lockup agreements due to expire August 17. The release will be effective with the opening of trading today. Tee, hee. -mb
