Perhaps a telephone call into the company might yield some new answers now as I am sure Digitcom would have to been updated if now trading on the Pink Sheets.

Jane to check out some of the sites of Fort Lauderdale

This is what I shall do. I shall give them the SEC deadline for DGIV to file and stay BB. It is supposedly September.
That is it..they have to file as mandated by SEC anyway. This action has just pushed the bar higher saying MM's can only trade DGIV legally in US, with that completed financial.
I think that is a very real deadline. Digitcom SHOULD come through. Otherwise, I just have one suggestion: this may be a very legitimate operation but they just can't get all their ducks in a row. So, sell this to the highest bidder and get it done with. I still feel that they have good plan, good contracts; someone will be interested in this.
Cheers,
Partha
PS: as to question of assets, remember DGIV is banking on future business, based on contracts.
