Pete, your head is in the sand. In the sample it says 17.2% per year as indicated in Forbes, far from your 30%. And that's only if you follow his recs maniacally. You would have lost money until the last few years. If any newsletter writer was down in the last 6 years, they ought to be shot. He doesn't even beat the SP. Don't believe what you read as perf. of newsletter in the same newsletter. You sound like a young novice. Got some great land for you in Florida, Pete...
