Robert, 'the misuse of trade secrets' is the one that scares me. This is not a new song. It happens more than most of us suspect. A giant company can drive a company into the ground and the small company doesn't have the resources to complete legal action.
Time to duck, folks.
I sure sorry that we, the skeptics, are correct.

Robert, last trade $.75 down $0.24. I wonder if Olympus is going to scoop up the company at fire sale prices and nullify the litigation. Pretty likely, in my opinion.
