I talked to Fred Luke 30 minutes ago! He expects 10k's to be filed for both OAIS and NUOA by the end of next week. Within 48 hours after the filings a letter to the shareholders will be distributed describing deals and dollars. 1) He told me he is buying shares and will be buying more. 2) He told me Jonathan is in Korea signing a deal. He told me a lot of numbers that I don't remember. Please wait for the letter to the shareholders for details. 3) Three times I asked him about the value of NUOA within 1 year. Three times the answer came back $ 5.00 a share. He believes NUOA will be back to $5.00 a share in 1 year. 4) He told me that the company received a $300 million judgement against the developers. I asked him if it was okay to post this information. The answer was obviously, Yes! Sincerely, Jeff
