ELNK remains one of the most attractive acquisition candidates, partially because Sky Dayton has mentally moved on to other projects, but mainly because of its low valuation:

In response to your question on the VOYN thread, the ISPs have not necessarily tracked with AOL, except when there is positive news on the cable front. I would suggest that all of the ISPs should probably be concerned that AOL will eventually cut its own deal with ATHM and abandon the OpenNet group. I think that VOYN may drift down to the $12-$13 range. The deal was aggressively and fairly priced, not that anyone is interested in a "fair" valuation. Long term it represents an excellent value. The management is top notch and has a proven track record. And, given their regional orientation, an excellent acquisition candidate.
