32 3/8 up 115%

my Drefus account is valuing my postion at a 32 3/8 per share , but will not allow me to execut an order [which is understandable in view of the halt], but did anyone answer the question about ISL as someone is obviously getting off some executions.

32 and e/8 is also what shows up on AOL personal finace as 1:00PM EDT.
