4) AMEX and RE-INCORPORATION:

So you and Coachman non-chalantly mention an AMEX listing, and now it's a fact of life, LOL.

2) INSIST on the Delivery of CERTIFICATES: this will speed up the Short Squeeze and get rid of the illegal "naked short" shares.

I agree, especially those of you who bought this overseas. Don't just let your broker hold the certs., get them sent straight to you for your inspection. Send them back for your broker to hold in their safe after that if you like, but first take physical possesion of them and make sure you aren't getting stuck with any Reg. S restricted shares.
Don't let them give you any crap on this. ZSUN's transfer agent is Colonial Stock Transfer, Salt Lake City, Utah(strange for a NV incorporated, CA, HK BVI company, don't you think) it should be no trouble whatsoever for the transfer company to send the shares to your broker, this is their job, even if your broker is on the other side of the world, UPS and Fed-EX can do the job. Then, again, it's no trouble for your broker to send them to you, don't take any crap, you own the shares, your broker works for you.
