Larry, I shoot first and ask questions later. I got filled on all but 200 of my buy shares at 14-1/16 for AIC. Luckily it was a negative day, so no one else was buying. Sentiment is turning negative on manufactured homes for the first time, but with the others trading 11-13 x FFO and AIC trading less than 10 x the current FFO run rate, I like AIC's valuation much more as well as their potential to grow faster due to small size. AIC and GRT are incredible values to me, even in this negative REIT environment. Richard
