Hello Dean. I forgot to mention that the Rotary Club of Tweed adheres to a little-known principle of TA as a cornerstone of its investment guidelines. While complicated , the gist is that Provincial Highway #'s are to be regarded as key resistance points. This in part explains the block that just showed up on the offer side @ $4.07 (lunch break at the fair). Not to worry - the logical extension is that we should see support at $4.04 and then again at $4.01/4.00. That having been noted , let me assure you that our Board of Directors is working feverishly with representatives of The Ministry of Transportation (Roads and Highways Branch); we should see a NR relaying the results of their efforts "soon".
