Roebear: Well I know you did not ask me, but I stated back last January, that higher interest rates due to capital outflows to improving foreign economies would be the main reason the Bond rates would go up. Of course, I said it a little differently, but it boils down to competition for the money...

Roebear, it's hard to argue right at the moment with what looks like a double bottom in the CRB after the long downtrendline has been broken, with some real capitulation selling in the grains.

The XAU has some real powerful support at 48 to 55, and sellers have been unable to take it below the support at the bottom of the descending triangle from the October 98 top, even though the POG is fallen apart. While the Central Bankers seem to still be eager sellers, the XAU seems to have run out of sellers.
