More of Alyce's opinion from Raging Bull: By: Alyce Reply To: 14230 by BBBabeThursday, 22 Jul 1999 at 2:05 PM EDT Post # of 14237 "TSIG will also have huge news one of these days, " I don't think it will happen as you have suggested. The way that most of TSIG's info seems to hit the wires days and even months before it's real the price inches up to only fall back immediately on release of the nes. In addition, IMHO, Mr. Bernie has been the recipient of information surrounding positive events and in my opinion if a thorough analysis of his various trading records were done you would see absolute correllation between his frontrunning good news and the absolute killing of the stock when he was selling the CEO's stock into the market at the time of good news. Between 40,000,000 and 70,000,000 shares transferred to the CEO by himself to himself and for himself through the votes of the rigged Board of Directors during times of these great losses to stockholder's equity have disappeared without a trace. They are no longer in the posession of the CEO and have been added to the float with no form 4's or 144's ever having been filed. They could have been privately sold to Mr. Bernie with the price being the price recived AFTER their successful sale into the float. Just a supposition. Love to get the whole story and see the records. Wouldn't you. There's more but we'll save that for a hold card. As to the huge news you talked about I don't think so. It will be a confirmation of pretty much what's out here and by that time the stockprice should have appreciated nicely. Over a buck at least and probably more. These inside people will be fighting amongst themselves for cheap shares once the revenue is absolutely pouring in. Right now it's still a calculated risk and the odds are real good but still not a sure thing and they already own a shitload of shares. Soon. I don't think the CEO will dare to pull any more of this shit because he can't afford to not knowing all of what we know about him and will know even more if he sneezes. And he will be challenged the next time, I can guarantee you that. By a dynamite top notch law firm. (How are the new Jersey boys working out? If you clean up your act they'd be crazy not to be involved. If you're going to stay dirty they'd be crazy to be involved. I think you'd be wise to go along with their requirements. T & R, you'd be crazy not to be involved if he cleans up his act. Just make sure he stops fruckin with the authorized but non-issued shares and you'll clean up. IMHO) Al
