TO ALL: NASB, SEC, Nation Qoutation Bureau(they handle pink sheeted companies) - We called them all! No, DGIV is not on the Pink sheets and cannot be by their regulations. The process is not that quick.

Basically the SEC wanted information. If they haven't received that data in 30 days, then they can deem that company "non-reporting" and either boot them from all public access (tradingwise) or they can fill out the appropriate forms and possibly resume trading.

The NQB stated that it could be anywhere from 1 - 100 days and that the NQB had NOTHING in the que for DGIV for the last 2 months.

So, fear again is driving this stock UP and DOWN?? Don't know who's trading or how, but if there were someway to verify the viability of DGIV, I'd like to pick up some more at .25.

Jimmy SPEAK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why are you doing this to us. Are you the man that we all have been persuaded into thinking you are? Will you please issue some kind of statement - Like "here I am". Why do we have to suffer through this crap!! If your attorneys have clamped you so bad that now your here in this mess, FIRE THE BASTARDS. Oviously, their advice is not helping you inspite of what you think. Take a step to the outside and look inward and you will see what we see. Obvioulsy, we cannot step inward and look out. Otherwise we'd have closure - either you are gold or garbage.

Sincerely,

Zack and a whole bunch of big money investors.
