I think it is a good move. As a venture capitalist, Grant Inman comes from a tradition of turning small companies into winners for investors. Also, I like his connections to UCB and the wide network of business leaders he can bring in to help in the CEO search. Is Grant an investor too?

Dave Wilner is a technical genius and I hope now he can spend some more time on the shop floor.
