Article about Nokia in the German newspaper "Welt am Sonntag" (World on Sunday).

Nokia is planning on coming out with a hand held telephone in the price range of about 100 Marks (a bit more than 50$) that will have less functions but will not require the sign up for long contracts. Nokia wants to target especially Germany for further growth there. The following article states that mobile phones are used by almost half of the population in Scandinavia and about by 40% in Italy and only about 20% in Germany.

Maybe this will help Nokia's stock price some more.
