Info on shares @ ipocentral.com just type in symbol phew, used up cash @ 12-7/16's now looking at other issues to get more funds...have made a transfer but, it wont be there til the am... Lock and Load.

I think the total outstanding number of shares come to about 24 million and change. You may be able to find this info in any of the IPO sites if I am not mistaken.
