Jimmy, get the damn financials done! I am going to renounce my queen's English and say it in plain English. As I had said here before, pay $$$/hour to nnn EFFICIENT people and get this financials done. OK? This excuse that SEC did not accept financials done by xyz is pure BS. OK? A spreadsheet signed by Mr. Bozo does not amount to financials. Get it done by a BIG SIX company. OK? Once done that, show SEC all contracts, MOU's, trash whatever they need so that they can go through and determine the truth behind those documents. OK? Once done that, then, let the market rule. IFF you are saying the truth, believe me the $$$/hour spent on nnn people will be very well-spent for a $$$,$$$,$$$,$$$ company (which should be the valuation).
