I think the significance of this news release has been overlooked drastically. This was a necessary prelude for awesome things to come. First they have to establish to the investors and those who might want to do business that the technology is sound. Second the so called reeling in of major investments and development contract. Third.. stages to undertake the actual production of the product (with lots of cash in hand).
