<<I don't know, for the life of me,what the hell the pundits are seeing in Greenspan's speech to spook the market,do you? Oh I forgot, easy money.<g>>>

Mohan: This sell-off is a bit OVER-rated....IRRATIONAL fear....brokers LOVE it...get those accounts to churn and turn up the commission volume....

No worries here....

In the last 24 hours I have done some shopping for high quality web stocks (like GNET)...

Boy, our EELN seems to be holding up well <G>....it will be interesting to see what some good coverage will do for the stock next week...IMO, it's a keeper and a franchise leader.

DELL will rise again -- we seem to have a lot of nervous Fund Mangers...IMO they'll be back after the quarterly report is released -- if not sooner...!!

I'm off to Seattle for some meetings, some seafood, some relaxation, some visits with friends and some coooooler weather.

Hey, tell your friend Abbey that she can speak up anytime.....I wonder if she has a subscription to Rosser.com <VBG>...

Best Regards,

Scott

Mohan babes, I have a feeling we are heading up tomorrow at the latest. I sold some 8/99 40 putskys today. I spoke to GTW IR last night and got a strong feeling of an upside surprise (she has been extremely reliable in the past). A good Dogway report will be good for Dell.

:o)

Greenspan also said:

Tax cuts are stimulative, and if I see any signs of inflation I will raise.

It looks like we are getting a tax cut, and there should be another scary CPI / PPI number because of the increases in energy prices.

The energy related moves in the inflation numbers give Alan the excuse he needs to soften the economy in anticipation of the stimulative tax cut.

There, it is a little thin, but I hope you can see the logic in this argument.

Oh yea, IMHO, I think Alan wants those three cuts from last fall back.
