My point is that they are clearly only giving lip service to the fact that they don't take revs from the US. I clicked my address as being from the US and my credit card billing address is clearly in the US, so it doesn't look to me like they are trying to exclude the US at all, but instead just trying to get around present and future regulatory problems, while still collecting the revenues. If I had in fact lost at Blackjack, I think I would have a legitimate claim to not pay them as well. That's my point.
