Fix--believe you meant FLC? Saw reference to ship getting seized on Yahoo board a couple of days ago, but nothing official.

A drillship was seized in South Africa over a dispute with a Portuguese ship yard. FLC issued a statement that the matter will not impact financial results. Just my opinion, but from my limited knowledge of this area of the law, I don't believe it is going to be a big deal. EDIT: the matter happened and was reported several days ago, I believe.

< hear that FLN had a Ship Seized in South Africa this Week?> Well, Fix; My subterrainian international intel crew, did tell me that reportedly; one of those ''barefoot cruise'' Sail Boats loaded with some yuppies from Chicago on a business trip - got drunk on Mai Tai's and as they were short the Falcon; they did evidently seize the drilling barge on a drunken yuppie rampage under a Portguese Flag of War.... Rumor has it that their leader was wearing a tattered Red Baseball Cap with a logo of a ''Pig with big Teeth'' (VBG) and was chanting some college fight song with a Southern Accent... as they over ran the Falcon Drilling Barge... like flies on $hit was one of the FLC crew's comments... reportedly war whoops of ''short the pig to $5'' were heard...as the Yuppie Pirates seized the Boat... so, yup; they did get a barge/boat seized... mercenary yuppie-oilpatch short-arkansan's rumored to be the crew involved... what some people will do to influence their trading positions... (VBG).
