I anticipate that it will be WELL BEFORE the Jan. 2000 deadline, but as the audit is not complete, and the 10k not ready to be filed, Mr. Verrill is unable to commit to a defined date. We support his lack of interest in speculation! Patience and Time will prove that MDMI is sound and profitable, until then one must evaluate MDMI based on the information that is currently available.
