My "two-cents": 1) Most corporations work on a time table as it relates to fiancial funding issues. Any smart CFO will operate on a schedule that is normally prudent to maintain fiancial security for the company and NOT wait for what MIGHT happen..ie. FDA approval. 2) Yes! Sutro issued a report but doesn't if make sense that they do DD on the company in order that they might sell the future investor on the company since a few million dollars were at stake. And the mere fact that with the history of "death-spiral" funding for biotechs....THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Xoma and Sutro for not putting us in this situation. Several large blocks have traded hands today and appears they were on the buy side.
