I like the phrase "List now, research later" but amend it "List, let investors do their own DD". Now, where's the difference to the OBB?

ONT recently moved to the AMEX - from the OBB. Rajiv and Mad2 commented on ONT on AGs thread. Also, good old FTEL (now FCM) did. Eventually FCM hit a new low, $2.
