Largest world security threat in the next century will arise from China. I do not blame US policy towards China. Even juice maker I would consider technology leak to this country.
Canadian government for years was attempting to sell CANDU nuclear reactors to China. Once Chinese where introduced to technology they copied what was needed. End of the business.
