CYPOST CORPORATION EXPANDS ISP SERVICE EAST

DOVER, Del., Jul 22, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- CyPost Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: POST) is pleased to announce the signing of a letter of intent to purchase Internet service provider (ISP), NetRover Inc. of Toronto. The cash value of the transaction is approximately $2.7 million USD.
NetRover Inc. and all the affiliated NetRover companies have been providing reliable Internet services to their customers since 1993. Its nation wide network coverage services Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba, and will soon provide DSL and cable services.
