He already answered that one if you read carefully. The answer is NO, since that's neither a banner ad nor an ad button.

If we want the right to turn off the Datek banner, we will have to lobby for it. But under the present policy, no.

Of course, now that Paul Allen has pulled out of the Datek purchase, maybe the Datek "non-advertising" will go of its own accord.
