Buying restricted shares in a PP is perfectly legal and those who disagree are already being sued by ZSUN for very good reasons.

No one disagrees with this point Francois. It's sort of a slimy thing for a company to do, selling cheap shares in a private placement to fat cat insider buddies while the little guys get none, but it's not illegal. It does usually hurt the little guy since the fat cats will short the stock offshore, creating an Arb., knowing they can cover in the future with their Reg S shares for guarenteed profit. Perhaps that has contributed to it's "folding back."

What is wrong, is for you to post anything good or bad about the stock without disclosing that you have these cheap shares.

For the rest of you, I hope you do well on XNET but I wouldn't bet much on it. Looking at the location of the names on the list with Francois reads like a who's who of offshore havens, Belize, Bermuda, Caymans, Turks Caicos, Gurnsey etc. The vast majority of the rest are in Vancouver, the mecca for slimy stock manipulators.
