I've been selling. If we get a good bounce in semi capex stocks tomorrow I'll trim in that sector. Be interesting to see what Bob has to say on NBR tomorrow Marc

Bought 1000 shares SFAM, horizon -- 1 year, reason -- value play. Sold half of holdings of ANAD. Took profits Sold half of NVLS, KLAC, AMAT, TER, EMC. Took profits. Liquidating above positions held since March, April, May'98. Placed day only limit order to buy QCOM @ 146, not filled. "I'm not playing for the last dime". Fear acceleration of October weakness. Fear seasonal August weakness in technology sector. Fear Y2K unknown effect time shift to August/Sept/Oct.
