I don't understand why they halted Geac considering nothing was happening to the share price and it was at the end of the day.
The only think I can think of is that the new CEO is playing the PR game. If that's the case then a NASDAQ listing is around the corner.

2billion - 800mil + the new 500mil leaves 700 mil left to make up in the next two years. They have almost no cash left so they better generate some good eps in the next 1.5 years to spend on the next big purchase to put us over 2 bil in Rev.

Zacks still hasn't update their research on them. It's going to be very interesting to see what the ANALysist have to say about this purchase.
