No, I picked up some at 13 in April 97 and then some more at 27 a few months later.

Normally, I only buy stocks with rising dividends, not just the ones that pay dividends. Yes, my selection is quite small -- about 350 companies as of last year's data. But there is hardly any junk in that list. That is the advantage.
