I asked bearcub what would happen if 250 million americans suddenly decided to pull up stakes, quit their big-city jobs, and head for rural parts of this fair country hoping to live off the land, (as you seem to indicate you have done). But he apparently decided not to answer. ....ha-ha! more Ronette cliches: "pull up stakes", "live off the land", "head for parts"....Ron, try this- ask specific questions! you mentioned 250 million americans...you left out about 20 million-what about them? aren't you concerned about those 20 million too? Are you descriminating against some segment of society consisting of 20 million people? religious , ethnic, or racial descrimination Ron! Thats 20 MILLION PEOPLE YOU APPARENTLY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT? Shame, Ron!! Now, I'll pose the same question to you. Are you advocating that? If not, what are you advocating? ...Ron...sigh..bearcub did not answer your question for the same reason I can't- ITS TOO ABSURD AND INCAPABLE OF AN ANSWER! Allow me to clarify, as I have more patience with dribble than bearcub has: I will mention a few of the possible illogics with your question: ---250 million people obviously can not 'live off the land'! You see, Ron, humans cannot graze off of grass, like cattle..hope this is not too hard to grasp on first reading. -----250 million people do NOT HAVE BIG-CITY jobs! Please contact the Bureau of Statistics for statistical breakdowns so you can correct yourself.. -----"pull up stakes"- ha-ha-ha! That gave me a hilarious picture of millions of people similtaneously pulling wooden stakes out of their loved ones bodies, out of their pets, out of their gardens, and yelling as one "I'm Free!". ---define "rural parts'- population, density, etc. statistics,Ron. etc. ----what about your fragment "hoping to live off"- you gotta, gotta be more specific, Ron...that adds a major viable..e.g., does that mean they succeed, try, or just hope, etc???? See how its so difficult to answer your questions??? I can add a few more such points but I think or hope you understand. TW, some of these cartoon posts smell very 'fishy'! Since I have yet to see a viable form of "smellivision", might I suggest that you're probably smelling yourself? "May I suggest?" Do you know the difference between 'Can I' and "May I"?
