CLZR:

Since the ACT is always an uptrending line, and I have CLZR's ACT value at 15 next week, it would be safe to say that it's not at the ACT yet. Another 1/4 or 3/8 down should do it if traders and investors so choose to sell it off some more tomorrow.
A decent rule of thumb for stocks that break below the IL is...subtract the % that the ACT was broken below from the expected RR that would be expected if the ACT was not broken.
Of course that doesn't tell you where the bottom will be if the ACT is broken but it will tell you what to expect if the price moves back over the ACT.
Just be on your toes as the ACT is approached. I have a bunch of silver bullets but they don't always hit the bullseye on every situation.
