I think you would have to read a great deal into that quote..I do..and I certainly don't think that this thin line of arrogance/confidence was EVER crossed by Michael..as for "failure"...I believe because of his lack of arrogance he turned things around rather quickly and the long term DELL shareholders have been rewarded a tad bit more than those that followed S. Jobs.
