SMIN - Even with the newly issued shares it still seems cheap. I see it as a benefit that someone else will have a controlling interest. Obviously they saw something in the company that was worth an equity stake of 20 mil. They are not only solving they're debt problems but the will have money to drill. Additionally these shares I believe will not be sold on the open market immediately - since it's an equity infusion vs a true secondary issued by the company.

Disclaimer...
I may be wrong on many accounts. I performed a very quick analysis. Either way I didn't put much at stake.
