i had it zapped basically, gilder seems to be very hot on a stock, and pumps it in his newsletter and post(s) on SI without mentioning a few key details according to SEC filings by NOPT sales won't cover debt payments to CMP/NU (major shareholders) sales may not materialize NOPT just sells 'pipe', a no value add commodity most right of ways for pipe are CMP/NU derived, no contracts some CMP/NU right of ways were successfully challenged by landowners forcing NTOP to pay landowners -makes you think about where they will be laying their 'pipe' NOPT sold debt instrument to CMP/NU which restricts additional ability to sell debt/assets, enter into business relationships and NOPT must basically rely on sales to pay for a debt they expect not to cover this is my interpretation of SEC filings NOPTurd i the moniker i like, but please do dd for a better one :) Tom Hua has made some interesting posts as well good luck ynot :)
