HCOM - have played this several times this year, careful as it always retraces after a move up. Has not moved much this year, could be a great play depending on how INSW does. If you buy into INSW, don't overpay as this will come down in the following weeks in my opinion. Every insurance broker or carrier could develop a web site to compete.
