I don't deny that companies in certain industries would be loathe to go there. That isn't the point. The point is that it is only over regulated if the flight from CA. is so pervasive that creates problems on a large scale. There is still more than enough viable business and a cleaner environment to make a strong case that it isn't over regulated. Also, in order to really determine if it is overregulated, you would need to do a long term study to determine the benefits of lower health care costs and increased productivity derived from a cleaner environment. Over the long term that can have a greater effect than marginal business increases, and may eventually draw business in if decided benefits can be proven. Mark
